Dr. Amit Keith Correa is an accomplished physician specializing in hematology and oncology, currently providing in-person and telehealth services at TP Health Clinic. Dr. Correa received his medical degree (MBBS) from St. John’s Medical College in Bangalore, India, where he ranked among the top 10 students in the country in 2018. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai West Hospital in New York, followed by a fellowship in Medical Oncology at the University of Texas Medical Branch and a specialized training program in Hematology and Cellular Therapy at the University of Tennessee Health Sciences.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Correa serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematology at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and has a solid track record in academic and teaching roles. He actively participates in tumor boards and multidisciplinary conferences, facilitating discussions around complex cases to enhance patient care.
