I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. My passion for mental health care stems from over a decade of experience working in diverse settings, including outpatient care, crisis stabilization, and mobile crisis response. My dedication to addressing mental health challenges began early in my career as I witnessed the profound impact of compassionate care on individuals and their families.
I earned a Bachelor in Psychology from the University of Houston, graduating with honors. Later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University, also graduating with honors. After years of experience as a psychiatric nurse I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.
As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I am trained and qualified to assess, diagnose, and treat various psychiatric disorders across the lifespan, and I am committed to providing holistic, evidence-based care to every patient I serve.
